Stuff Happens!

This is what happens when a face meets asphalt!  Actually, this picture was taken on Tuesday and doesn't look all that bad.  By Wednesday both of my eyes were black.  FACE + ASPHALT = NOT A GOOD THING!!

See you soon!

Ooohoowch! Looks like a painful experience--hope it heals quickly and your poor nose is ok! If you are like me, you have days when you look in the mirror and think "Ick, I look horrible." Today is the day to realize that you really looked great then! Hope you are back to your lovely normal self again soon! :)

Geez Louise! As my 92 year old father would say "those ballet lessons didn't pay off."

Oh Glenna! You're supposed to keep the stitches to your quilts, not your face! I hope you're already on the mend. :)

So, so sorry. Right now it looks like the asphalt won - but when you are all healed up (SOON!) - YOU WON! It's a good time to piece in peace!

Oh my. That is so sad! You poor thing! I hope that you are healing okay. Make sure you put that wonderful emu oil on your scars...I too fell not too long ago, and someone mentioned it to me. It was amazing how fast I healed up and no scars to speak of. I tripped on a piece of broken cement and then landed on all it's little friends in a pile. So, scary! I so understand how older people (I guess that would be me!) are afraid of falling! Take Care!
