Today's Treasure ~ A Sewing Rooster!

Hello, All!  We're finally back home and glad to be here.  It was a great trip, but 3+ weeks of living out of a suitcase gets to be a little long.  We ate seafood until it was coming out of our ears! 

I am looking forward to finishing up my quilt and getting it on the bed.  Did a LITTLE antiquing and have some exciting ideas for some new things, too! 

Thought you might enjoy seeing this fun little item!  You obviously know I love sewing collectibles and this is a cutie.  This little guy stands about10" tall.  There's places for your threads and, of course, scissors, and couple of little knobs on top of his tail for your thimbles.  He resides here with me on a shelf in my sewing room!
